Writing blogs. Eh.
I’ve never kept up a journal, or a diary, or a blog in my life so what’s gonna make this one any different?
Well, I’ve got paying subscribers now who’ll want to know what I’m doing and where I’m at with things when I don’t have anything to show. Especially when I don’t have anything to show.
I’ve always been open to talking about life and production on the Discord. Even when it just comes in the form of quick vents or long ass #ask-sadistic answers. So I have thoughts on things, as undeveloped as they’ve come out. And everyone knows a good blog begins with justifying its existence.
As for setting expectations as to what you’ll be reading or what I’ll be posting besides Yuki: Space Assassin audio episodes, comic pages, artwork, and news on Yuki: Space Assassin?
I dunno.
I’m really selling this blog am I?
Regardless, even if it’s just a TV show I watched, or me kvetching about movies or how anti-porn our governments are getting, I’ll keep this up one way or another, I promise you guys.
As far as stuff goes, I am making it.

Episode 9’s nearly finished in its totality. There were some pick-ups I just implemented, I wanted to make sure all performers felt like they were in the same room with the same tone and projection. Every Patron’s gonna know when that’s up because I won’t shut up about it when it is. It’s one of my best.

Episode 10’s about 85% recorded, and Jerome (assembly editor) has gotten a bunch of it organized for me so I can begin straight away. It’s only Episode 10 in name, it’s really Episode 9 Parts 3 & 4, the conclusion to the arc set up in both Issue #2 of the comic and E9 and is, ultimately, how Yuki got her own Moriarty-figure.

The Paz Roleplay audio (for those who don’t know, that’s what we’re calling POVs now because technically that’s what they always were I just didn’t know what they were called) is developing on the backburner, but I expect will be done not long after that. About 80% of Roleplay audio is listening to takes and choosing the best. My process with that one is just playing Silksong and playing Aife’s audio in the background and pausing to cut. This requires a few listens for each line (if you’re doing it right). Her audio file is 90 minutes, so… it’s a long Roleplay.

Bone Us 7’s about halfway done. It’s quick but suitably dirty. To my shame I haven’t done too many Slave Yuki audios this year, next year I will correct this with Episode 11 and Episode 14 and another Slave Yuki Roleplay Sax co-wrote with me.
And yeah, that does it for this blog I think. Maybe?
I don’t know what I’m doing. Fml.
